The Dutch Tramset is still far from finished. There are some problems with a few vehicles in TTDPatch. For safety reasons, the current beta version has these vehicles disabled for TTDPatch. The issues are more or less resolved in the latest development revision, which remains unreleased for now.
With the implementation of the dynamic engine feature in OpenTTD, the game allows different newgrf sets to coexist and allows up to 256 vehicles per set. This opens up the possibility of having much more vehicles in the set (for OpenTTD, that is).
- With that knowledge, the roadmap will look something like this:
- Split set in a base set for TTDP and OTTD and an extended set for OTTD only.
- Finish and release the base set which is fully compatible with TTDP.
- Start drawing new vehicles.
- Release beta extended version for OTTD.
- Gradually include more and more vehicles and release a new extended version every now and then.
- Release final extended version for OTTD (which will be usable in TTDP if you don't need any other RVs but trams).
- For those new vehicles, we need:
- A list of vehicles to include
- Images of those vehicles
- Statistics of those vehicles
- Some people who like to draw trams for the set.

We really can use some graphic artists. People willing to draw one or more new vehicles for the set are more than welcome! There aren't many requirements. Vehicles need to be drawn in TTD scale (or something close to that) and must obviously look like the original vehicle. And that's about all there's to it.
