This Tutorial will lead you through the basic concepts of making a wagon refittable. The only things you need to change are in the action0 of the vehicle you want changing. Add the property 1C, next put a byte value (a number upto 255 in hex). This is a factor to how much the refit will cost, it uses half the price of the vehicle as a base. Next Part is to add the Property 1D which should be followed by a D-word (4 bytes). The following link is to the values for cargo types (Look at Coloum 2).
